TARA comes from Tabula Rasa, a philosophical concept that originated with the ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle and was later developed by the English philosopher John Locke. The term “tabula rasa” is Latin for “blank slate“.
By incorporating the concept of tabula rasa into restaurant, TARA Group would strive to create a dining experience that continuously surprises, inspires, and reinvents itself, offering customers a fresh start and a blank slate to explore new flavors and culinary adventures.
